What we collect
We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us through the contact form:
- your name and work email address
- your company name, if you provide it
- which product you are interested in
- the message you write to us
Our hosting provider may also keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors.
Why we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, for example to arrange a demo or answer a question about RubyFinance or RubyDesk. We do not use it for automated decision-making, and we do not sell it.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The only thing it stores on your device is your light or dark theme choice, saved in your browser's local storage so the site looks the way you left it. It never leaves your device, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
Who we share it with
We share your enquiry only with the service providers we use to run this website and deliver the contact form to us, namely [hosting provider] and [email delivery provider]. They may only process it on our instructions. Some providers store data outside South Africa; where that happens we take steps to make sure the information remains adequately protected, as POPIA requires.
How long we keep it

Keeping it safe
